New Desserts

In Boston, we’re excited to debut some new desserts, incorporating tapioca bubbles!!

A few months ago, a croissant bakehouse in Singapore (BrotherBird) started making butter croissants filled with custard and boba pearls. We decided to take on this challenge and create our own variants: Taro and Green Tea Matcha custard with our famous boba.

After a lot of experimenting, we finally got a delicious recipe with the right balance of custard, chewy boba, and flaky/buttery croissant. This is made straight from our kitchen and oven in the Boston cafe!
